The Institute for Therapeutic Discovery
Improving Health for Humans and Animals

THE INSTITUTE’S VISION
of hope is shared by the families and friends of patients worldwide. We strive for a near future in which patients will have answers and options, treatments with few side effects, and improved quality of life. The Institute’s research will bring us closer than ever to realizing that vision, and we invite you to join us in supporting this critical work. Depending on your goals, we offer several ways you may participate: organizational funding, charitable giving, and investing.

Funding and Charitable Giving
To support this research, the Institute seeks funding from not-for-profit organizations with interests in specific diseases, foundations and institutes with a general interest in health matters, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and biotech companies, government grants, and individual contributions.

Among the benefits of your contribution:
  • You will be making a significant contribution to the advancement of medical science.
  • A proven approach to new therapeutics will be expanded to address important health problems.
  • Your donation to medical research is tax deductible.

Investing
An individual can invest in a particular therapeutic agent by purchasing stock in project-specific subsidiaries. You may invest in the dementia project, for example, and thereby own stock in the corresponding for-profit subsidiary.

Your stock purchase may perform for you in ways such as:
  • Moving a project forward from its current stage of development;
  • Prioritizing specific research to accelerate development of projects that have personal appeal;
  • Supporting Institute research with the goal of realizing a substantial return on investment.
Your contribution or investment also allows you to stay in touch with the Institute’s progress as often as you like through personal contact. You may then experience for yourself the challenges encountered in developing innovative therapies.
